The S5 machine is one level higher than the basic model in the skyline range.  It has a larger workspace measuring 210mm x 120mm to the right on the needle( C Section) giving plenty of room to sew larger items hassle free.  
The machine has 170 stitches, including 10 styles of one step buttonholes and can stitch up to 1000 stitches per minute.  The knee lift is great for sewer who need to contantly turn/pivot their fabric.  Simply pressing your knee adjust the bar will allow it to lift the foot without taking your hands of your project.
