The S3 machine is the strating model in the skyline range.  It has a larger workspace measuring 210mm x 120mm to the right on the needle( C Section) giving plenty of room to sew larger items hassle free.  
The machine has 120 stitches, including 7 styles of one step buttonholes and can stitch up to 820 stitches per minute.
