Custom craft zigzag foot otherwise known as open toe satin stitch foot.  Clear view foot with front of foot open for better visiblity, allowing you to see up to the needle.  Foot also has a tunnel underneath to allow built up stitches like embroidery stitches to travel easily over without jamming.  Not suitable for normal sewing. 7mm top loading machines
